After using Feedback Server for five years to allow customers to comment on their online help, N-able Technologies was excited by the arrival of Pulse in 2013. With elements of social media interactivity, Pulse offered a complete evolution in customers' experience of our technical documentation. Join N-able Documentation Team Lead Patrick Calnan for a review on how N-able started with an internal testing and evaluation period before moving on to complete implementation. He'll share not only his experience with deploying Pulse but also provide insight on how long-term customers view the new tool and how it's changed their experience of N-able's online help.
