These days, few Help Systems can be described with terms such as exciting, engaging or, sadly, even helpful. Attend this session and learn to put the Help back in Help Systems. You’ll learn to create a Help System that takes the modern user into account. Learn some best practices for creating content, add interactivity to help content, and how to refine a Help System that helps learners quickly search for and find relevant information.
