The WorkSmart Experience
The goal of WorkSmart is not to overwhelm you with PowerPoints and sales pitches. We’re here to offer you insights into new technologies, and to talk openly about the impact that they are having on the way we all do business. We invite dialogue and debate, and year after year, we learn as much from you as you do from us.
In our 9th year, we’re proud to work with our trusted partners to share a variety of perspectives on evolving business and IT trends, including legal concerns, social media, software-defined datacenters, security and compliance, disaster preparedness, communications, project management and more.

WorkSmart sessions are organized into three tracks for your convenience: Business; Technology and Security.
These sessions are designed to address business issues that affect organizations of all sizes and industries. They focus on the relevance and the impact of technology trends on business, rather than on specific products and solutions.
These sessions focus on security, compliance and legal concerns. These topics are most relevant to attendees who work within heavily regulated industries, as well as to business and technology leaders responsible for the security of their operations.
These sessions are more technical in nature, but don’t let that scare you away if you don’t have a deep background in IT. These sessions will help you gain a better understanding of new technologies that are likely to affect your organization.
