Feature gluttony is a common sin in IT projects. Customers deliver never-ending wishlists of features they want. However, the key is not to build everything, but only things that are really needed. Learn how to defeat feature gluttony by saying no. Learn how to support your "no" by:
- setting common goals
- finding relations: feature <-> value
- defining the most important use cases
- defining critical processes from the business perspective
- decide what should be delivered first
… and by building an excellent piece of software :)
