  • Robert Grant

Thursday 5th November, 2015

4:00pm to 4:50pm (EST)

Come to this session to find out how to implement a problem based learning project into your secondary classroom. We will explain what a PBL is, the benefits and struggles we had as teachers as well as strategies to overcome them. Find out how to assist students in developing their own driving questions as they collaborate with peers and apply critical thinking skills. Participants will walk away with practical teaching strategies and multiple digital tools and platforms that will aid in the collaborative process. Specifically we will demonstrate how students used Powtoons, Lucid Press, Intsagrok, WeVideo, Weebly Sites, GAFE and other digital tools to complete their PBLs.
