Using Google Calendar for Collaboration and Team Planning

This session will prepare participants with a fundamental understanding of Google calendar, its key features and the general benefits in the classroom. Participants will learn how to organize lesson plans by day, month, by semester or by year. Calendar can be used to organize student projects, milestone, due dates and presentation dates and anecdotal notes. Educators can provide access to colleagues, parents and occasional teachers to promote collaboration and communication. Participants will gain knowledge on how to manage, organize and share calendars with all education stakeholders. Calendar can be easily accessed between all devices both on and off-line. Digital planning, communication and collaboration using GAFE makes the paper day book

No prior knowledge of Google Calendar required.
