The National Australia Bank (NAB) are revamping their personal banking platforms and need to understand what is important to customers in acquiring and using their products to help them prioritise and focus on areas of the work. This joint presentation from the bank’s senior project manager and the key User Experience practitioner will describe the successes and failures of a large scale cultural probe implemented as postcards, the need for triangulation of techniques and the challenges of sharing and making sense of masses and masses of data
