The most dangerous developers are the silent ones, slipping in speculative fixes, deleting your classes and @ignoring your unit tests. Inter-team communication is a core element to any project, often overlooked or banded around as a term we think we understand and can implement, to fall at the wayside in a silent and bitter tirade of passive aggression. This presentation will discuss solutions and offer a perspective on how to guard against failing conversations and crumbling projects.
