LEGO Mindstorms EV3 is distributed around the globe in 16 languages. This robotic kit enables children from age 10 to build and program robots and much more… It took more than 100 persons to build the software and content used for the two versions of the application available for retail and education. In this talk, Francois Xavier Albouy, who led the software team, will share learning from the development process with resources around the globe and will invite you to join the discussion about future challenges and opportunities raised by multiplication of devices, cloud computing and open innovation in a global context.
