Through collaboration, librarians can make a real impact on research and academic success. By working closely with researchers, they are ensuring the entire research process - from planning to publishing and beyond - is as open as possible. In this session, hear how librarians are taking on new responsibilities, including helping produce funding applications; planning for the management of research data; selecting the best journals for publication; helping support and market OA; measuring research impact; promoting research via social media and creating IL programmes that focus on student success.
