Want to get everyone's feedback in your product process in an orderly fashion? Looking to extract the knowledge of your team in a way that helps them see and support the final results? The Product Process Game can help!
In this game, you play the process stakeholders and the delivery agents who need to decide on a plan to move forward. By working together in groups and through voting mechanisms, you create an ordered list of priorities to execute against. With theory of constraints, you then allocate the work across the limited resources and develop an actionable plan.
This process will ensure that your limited resources are deployed in the most effective way given the group priorities.

Lisa likes snow and building products people love to use. Most recently coming from Skype, Lisa brings her systems thinking and data-driven analysis to get the biggest bang for the product buck. When she's not spending time baselining metrics or reviewing user test results for the next item on the backlog, she can be found answering your support queries and smuggling biscuits into Norway. To get your order in for the next biscuit run, please send her a sample biscuit so she can determine if it's worth the carryon space.
