Organizations that gain from disorder

A session at Lean Agile Scotland 2015

Thursday 8th October, 2015

2:50pm to 3:20pm (GMT)

Rigid organizational structures can't keep up with the current pace of change in business. Relics such as budgeting and organizational charts are simply too slow.

How do you create an organization that gains from disorder? What are the structures of a company that adapts quickly?

This talk is based on 10 years of experience at Reaktor, a 300 person consulting company with offices in Helsinki, New York and Tokyo. We have no budgeting, no performance targets, no managers, no organizational chart, and no strategy process.
