With the success Spotify has with its way of working. Large organisations are adopting it. This means radically changing the way they work. Usually this implementation is Big Bang. Not only is this new for everybody here, it is a very large implementation as well. In this talk i''ll go into detail about some of the more practical issues associated with this scale as well as what it is like to prepare the organization for radically new leadership behaviors, structures and team dynamics. This talk is based on experiences with large (multinational) companies implementing the Spotify model at large scale.

Jasper Sonnevelt is an Agile Consultant and Trainer at Xebia. Jaspers’main focus is on bringing effectiveness and responsiveness within the organization to do the right things, using Agile and Lean principles. In his day to day operation he is creative, energetic, assertive, confident and competitive. He uses these qualities in training, workshops and coaching to establish a supported change in organizations. Jasper is also a Lean Kanban University Kanban trainer and coach and active member of the Agile community. For the last year Jasper has also been active coaching and organizations that apply Agile and Lean practices outside of IT. One of which is a racing team from TU Delft.
