At many larger organizations the idea of “scaling” lean or agile is all the rage. But when most places say “scaling” they really mean alignment & coordination of effort. And most places are making things LESS SAFe and way harder than they need to be.
Join Cat and Matt for a peek into a pragmatic toolbox of awesomness that can help organizations align and coordinate using Strategy Deployment and Flow-based Roadmapping.
Attendees will learn the basics of how to create a strategic intent, tactical experiments and provide enabling constraints as well as how to coordinate work across multiple teams. Participants will leave, not with silver bullets, but instead a handful of concepts and tools they can adapt to their context, allowing teams to self organize towards the right objectives (or help you learn if the experiments are wrong!).
