In organisational change, the strongest arguments win. By arguments, I mean stories about future states, stories that have agency independent of their originators.
How do you hatch strong arguments? How do you nurture them? How do you release them into a hostile environment? How do you support them in the wild? And how do you pivot when, as some will, they expire?
An change agent (who admittedly doesn't have all the answers to these problems) will share some simple, practical, and effective methods derived from agile transformation and delivery consultancy experience.
