Currently in read only mode, sorry about that, please try again in a few hours.

New Year, New Talent at Launch Academy!

Interested in meeting 35 phenomenal full-stack developers familiar with TDD, Agile methodologies, and the art of collaboration? Career Day will be held onsite at Launch Academy on Tuesday 1/27 and Wednesday 1/28 from 8:30 AM to 12:45 PM. Head to https://liftoff.launchacademy.com/ to sign up or contact our Talent Director, Corinne Babel, at corinne.babel@launchacademy.com to learn more.

You'll want to attend Career Day if you are:
Looking to hire Junior Software Developers
Interested in starting an apprenticeship program at your company

We host about 35 students in each quarterly rotation of the program with backgrounds ranging from CFOs to PhDs in Molecular Biology to musicians to CS students who want a more practical approach to web development. Students are onsite in Boston for 10 weeks after completing 6-8 weeks of interactive prework.

Career Day Schedule:
8:30 AM - Event Begins
9:00 AM - Hiring Partner Pitches (90 seconds max)
9:45 AM- Launcher Presentations Begin
12:45 PM - Launcher Presentations End
12:45 PM and on – Follow Up Conversations and Lunch (optional)

There is no cost to attend Career Day. You’ll spend a morning meeting a great group of junior developers eager to start careers in the Boston area and we hope you’ll find a match. If that happens, we ask for a 10% fee, based on the student's first year salary, and offer a 30/60/90 day guarantee. We give students 20% of the fee back as a tuition reimbursement if they sign with one of our partners.

To view the portfolios of the upcoming Winter 2014 graduates and register as a Hiring Partner head to https://liftoff.launchacademy.com/.

Launch Academy is located at 33 Harrison Avenue, easily accessible by the Chinatown or Downtown Crossing T stops, as well as the South Station Commuter Rail.
