Lean Canvas Workshop (8 APR 2015)

A session at Lean Canvas Workshop (8 APR 2015)

Lean Canvas Workshop
How to create a viable business model for your startup

"Most products fail. Not because we fail to build what we set out to build, but because we waste time, money, and effort building the wrong product." - Ash Maurya, Running Lean

Many startups had wasted time, effort and money building products nobody wants. So how do you go about getting your idea off the ground without spending a whole ton of resources? How do I find problems that are worth solving? How can I be sure that my solution works?

In this workshop, we show you how the Lean Canvas can help you answer your questions about your business model. The Lean Canvas is a fast and easy way to document your core business model assumptions on 1 page. With the Lean Canvas, you get to identify the riskiest areas in your business model and find ways to minimise those risks while finding a market for your product at the same time.

Join us for a 2-hour session and find out if you got an idea worth starting a company for!
