This program will look at the implementation and evolution of incorporating hands-on Maker activities based off the popular sandbox game Minecraft. Minecraft in Real Life is a program that engages kids & teens in fun projects that help them develop the skills needed to succeed in the 21st Century such as collaboration, trial & error and multidisciplinary learning. We will look at incorporating computer games into hands-on activities such as 3D Printing, breadboarding and soft circuits, stop motion animation, beginning computer programming and more.
