Level up your Library Instruction through Games

A session at LITA Forum

  • Ally Addison

Friday 13th November, 2015

4:30pm to 5:15pm (CST)

Level up your instruction by including asynchronous gaming elements. Learn basic game design strategies, the design process, and see what we’re working on next. We’ve created games to teach students about plagiarism, citation, and evaluating sources. The games were created with Camtasia Studio and Twine software. We’re also in the process of collaborating with game design faculty and students to create an iPad App using Xcode and iOS SDK.
