Many researchers need to know how to manage their data better but delivering data services at a large university is challenging. In this session, two data services librarians from different institutions within the same university system will compare and contrast how services developed at their institutions. They will then discuss their collaboration to better meet the needs of users at both institutions, including the development of an online data management video series. Embracing technology allowed these librarians to better share strategies and meet the needs of their own users, as well as help researchers at a sister institution.
