Inside the AngieCash Program: How Individualized Incentives Can Deliver Increased Member Acquisition, Retention and Profits

Launched in 2013, AngieCash rewards Angie’s List’s members for everyday activities, such as writing a review, referring a friend, buying a product or service, renewing or upgrading a membership, etc. The program is delivering a +10% increase in these valuable customer behaviors, at 25% less cost than Business-as-Usual marketing activities.

In this session Jon Buck, Head of Angies Cash at Angie’s List, will talk about how the company is using individualized incentives to motivate their members to perform profitable new behaviors.

He will share key learnings from the launch of the program including:
