12:00pm to 1:00pm
As if managing leaves of absence wasn't already tricky enough, new regulations related to California's Family Rights Act (CFRA) were recently finalized and will take effect July 1, 2015. These regulations attempt to align the CFRA with its federal counterpart, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), by making some key changes related to employer rights and responsibilities. This seminar will review the relevant changes and will highlight new developments related to FMLA/CFRA leave, while providing practical tips to help keep you out of the courtroom. We hope you can join us for this timely and informative lunch and learn.
