"Should I Get Out of My Chair?" How to evaluate a property at home to make the decision to view or move on.

A session at Real Estate Deal Evaluation with Kim Tucker

Tuesday 11th August, 2015

6:00pm to 9:00pm (CST)

If you are new to real estate, by all means take the time to go see all of these houses and talk to all the sellers, this is a great to help you learn a lot of skills and learn what really makes a house a deal. Combine this physical inspection with a bunch of online tools to become an expert Arm Chair Evaluator and then only go view maybe 10 to 15 houses, to make 5 to 10 offers, to buy 1 property.

On Tuesday August 11th, Real Estate Investor Kim Tucker will be taking us through the arm chair evaluation. So we know basically what the house looks like, the condition of the home, the repair estimate roughly, the current and after repair values and how much we want to offer. All before you go see it.

At the meeting, Kim will take us from first seller contact to viewing appointment.

Is the seller even motivated?
What does the house look like?
What does the neighborhood look like?
What are the potential repairs?
What would be monthly rent?
Could we seller finance it?
Kim will be using the tools that she and her team use every day to evaluate deals, many of which are available to anyone with an internet connection. We will compare results from public tools with results from Realtor only tools.

As always, MAREI Members can attend the the monthly meeting at no charge and Non-Members can Register Online for $15 or pay $25.00 at the door. Be sure to bring your business cards and flyers and join us for an evening of real estate deals, vendors, networking, education and fun! See you there!

First Time Guests can Pre-Register for FREE.
