A session at REBASE

More and more, designers need to think beyond digital, and understand the end-to-end customer experience. In this workshop, you'll learn service design tools and methods such as experience prototyping, and apply them to run a live service. By engaging with real people as you research & design, you'll deliver a minimum viable service in less than a day.
