Mobile Continuous Delivery in the Real World

A session at Signal

It doesn’t matter if you're a single developer or work on a 50-person mobile team. In 2015, making great apps is a collaborative effort that depends on good, consistent feedback before submitting to the App Store. Much of this effort can now be automated with continuous delivery.

This talk will cover what was learned over a 12-month period while implementing a continuous delivery system for a small mobile development team. While this process helped us write a better app through rapidly prototyping new features (including a total rewrite in Swift), this talk will have a practical focus on the tools, scripts, and code that worked and didn’t work.
