There seems to be a lack of skepticism in much of the sports world, and weightlifting is no exception. This is most evident in the 5 billion dollar Sports Nutrition market; every week there seems to be a new product claiming to help you lift heavier, recover faster, or increase your endurance. How much evidence is there to support the claims of popular supplements?
