A lot of misinformation and confusion exists on what it means to be "user-centered." At the core of this methodology are user experience research methods to assist our implementation efforts. In this session we will cover a foundation to understand user-centered design, an overview of research methods such as structured interviews and contextual inquiry will be given, and finally some practical advice on how to implement these methodologies on your next SharePoint project.
