Scott Shearer is a SharePoint evangelist and developer with Haystax Technology (formerly FlexPoint Technology) in Reston, VA. Scott has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry implementing Microsoft products and technologies. He has held positions ranging from systems administrator to developer to trainer. Scott has held the MCSE, MCSD, MCDBA and MCT certifications. Currently, he is a SharePoint consultant providing innovative and cost effective solutions leveraging out of the box functionality. Scott is also known for mentoring and training site collection administrators and frequently conducts SharePoint overview sessions for end users.
