User experience for startups

Monday 13th April, 2015

2:00pm to 6:00pm (SMT)

Good User Experience (UX) is what invites new users to try your product and keeps current users coming back. It includes everything from how people are introduced to your product and how much they trust you to deliver, to how intuitive it is to do what they want and how they feel when they want help. When the UX is poor, potential customers leave -- and they talk.

Different groups of people require different experiences, however. So how do you understand your user? What’s a good experience and how do you know if what you’ve done is good? We’ll workshop these questions hands-on.
