Jay Diamond is the founder of Reason4Reason – a skeptical activist group based in the San Francisco bay area. In addition, he writes the Vitamin J blog on Skeptical Bodybuilding for the "Healthy Skepticism" channel on Skeptic Ink. Mr. Diamond holds dual masters degrees in engineering and business and has managed both startup companies and hundred-million-dollar programs for Fortune 50 companies. Jay has lectured around the world on science & technology, business, and skepticism.

Stephen Hupp

Stephen Hupp, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and professor of Clinical Child and School Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He is co-author of the book Great Myths of Child Development which focuses on "what every parent needs to NOT know." On Twitter he is @StephenHupp

Kathleen Dyer

Sunday Paper Presenter

Katie Dyer earned a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000. She worked teaching evidence-based medicine in a medical residency program for four years before assuming a faculty position at the California State University, Fresno, where she is currently an associate professor. Dr.Dyer studies parenting practices pertaining to children's sleep, as well as parent education. She has a secondary research interest in the development of curiosity and critical thinking over time in college students.

Christine Shellska

Sunday Paper Presenter

Christine Shellska is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Communication, Media and Film, Faculty of Arts, at the University of Calgary, Canada. Her research involves studying the rhetorical strategies employed by the Intelligent Design Creationism movement, and her areas of focus include history, philosophy and sociology of science, and rhetoric. Among other involvement in the secular community, she is the President of Atheist Alliance International, the first Canadian to be elected to the Board of Directors for the American Humanist Association, and a regular co-host on the Calgary-based Legion of Reason podcast.
