Kerry is an international development researcher and strategist with experience implementing complex monitoring and evaluation efforts, from deep ethnographic evaluations to randomized controlled trials. For the past year, she has been leading an in-depth process evaluation of Mexico’s Agentes de Innovación program, a tech-centered open government fellowship.
Prior to joining Reboot, Kerry had worked with the Strategic Research group of the Rockefeller Foundation, Innovations for Poverty Action, and the Philippines country office of the World Bank.
Frontline technologies have been downloaded more than 225,000 times in 199 countries by thousands of organisations who reach tens of millions of people.
As well as being Frontline SMS’s CEO, Sean is also a trustee of the Awesome Foundation DC and an affiliate with Harvard University’s Berkman Center. He is an advisor to Digital Democracy, DoSomething.org, ECPAT USA, the Law Without Walls Program, TechChange, and UNDP.
Sean is a lawyer, barred in New York. He holds a J.D. and an M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University.
Jean Brice works for Transparency International as Data and Technology Coordinator for the People Engagement Programme.
He is working to improve the use of technology for Transparency International’s chapters around the world and to manage their global database that integrates 64 countries. He is also working closely with the research department to constantly review their strategy and elaborate new approaches to using technology.
