This will be a hands on session, where participants will learn the basics of computer coding using the program "Scratch".
This type of coding involves snapping blocks together in sequence. It's a great place to start learning about computer language. Participants will learn about the benefits of coding for their students and discover ways to integrate this computer science into their math program. Educators will also learn how to access helpful video tutorials and other resources that they can use with their students.
