Content design to keep people out of jail

A session at UX Cambridge 2015

Friday 11th September, 2015

9:15am to 10:15am (GMT)

Sometimes writing is more than selling books and offering exceptional services. Sometimes it's about your rights as a UK citizen and content on a site can keep you out of (or, in one case, send you to) jail.

Sarah will talk about her work on GOV.UK and other projects. She'll talk about the point of having a content strategy - even for designers - and why dev, design and content should all snuggle up together all the time*.

*well, work closely anyway.
