1:45pm to 3:35pm
My workshop is designed to assist people to construct the terms and models of engagement that are necessary to allow Agile to be successful in any engagement.
We will explore how the Scrum framework can be used to embed a learning cycle that supports a project/engagement lifecycle.
We will then explore different techniques and models to assist in governing and maintaining control over an investment, without destroying the essence of self-organization and transparency of the outcome.
Some of the core objectives in the workshop are
1. How to construct an MVP and place commercial constructs around such an engagement;
2. How to visualise the cost of delay that occurs in projects;
3. Building collective responsibility to outcome; and
4. Ensuring a greater degree of cooperation is reciprocated in any partnership.
