Unleashing the power of your Definition of Done

A session at Scrum Australia 2016

Friday 29th April, 2016

1:45pm to 2:30pm (EST)

In the section, right at the end of the Scrum Guide called ‘The Definition of Done’, it states: “As Scrum Teams mature, it is expected that their definitions of ‘Done’ will expand to include more stringent criteria for higher quality.”

How mature are you? Is your Definition of Done expanding? Or maybe you are putting more emphasis on getting Ready and Done, Done, Done?

Don’t miss out on the power of your Definition of Done!

It is not just higher quality that is gained by tackling those impediments that are preventing us from getting closer to a perfect Definition of Done. This session explores how having a roadmap for expanding your Definition of Done can also be used to drive Scrum through your organisation.
