The nature of the F# functional language makes it an ideal tool for building tools to transform data from one format to another. In this session, we'll cover the basics of functional programming and F#. We'll then go through the steps of building few data transformation programs using text and image data sources as examples.
I am president and founder of R-Technics, Inc., a developer of multimedia presentation software. Through my company and prior employers, my experience covers a wide range of software development tools and practices.
