Indeed - what is digital banking? Some see digital banking as a way to cut costs, reduce branches and replace employees. But in fact, digital is an opportunity for growth. “Digital” is not an end in itself, but a means to an end. It’s a way to deliver useful services to customers. Yes, digital is about people.
Bank customers live digital lifestyles, with around-the-clock access to digital services such as social media. Digital banking should mirror the experience customers have in everyday life. So digital banking is about customer-centricity, and customer-centricity is an avenue to growth.
Digital is transforming and reshaping banks and consumer finance institutions, and the banks that respond best to the challenge will find an opportunity to prosper. Although digital banking is an urgent challenge for most banks, there is no need to panic! There is need, however, for leadership in digital banking – the bank’s leaders must believe in it.
There’s a right way and a wrong way to do digital banking, and this Masterclass will show you the difference. This is not a Masterclass in coding, or theory, or technical implementation. This is a practical masterclass that teaches you to lead the transformation of your bank with digital banking culture.
The masterclass is taught by six people who work with leading banks to deliver the best in digital banking, from new, standalone online banks to new digital banking services that integrate with legacy systems, or the transformation of branches using digital.
You’ll also learn what you need to know about your own bank in order to develop and implement digital banking.
