The Experience Design and Technology Awards is the world's only marketing awards program recognizing the best use of design and technology in live experiences. For the first time, the editors of Event Marketer have combined our two fastest-growing awards programs into the supersized and comprehensive Experience Design and Technology Awards. The world's best creators of technology experiences and best designers of 360-degree engagements will be honored in one program, bestowed live in Las Vegas at our awards gala on November 15 at The Paris Hotel.
There are 21 categories available for submission.
Open to all brands, agencies, fabricators and technology providers.
B-to-C and B-to-B experiences are eligible.
International entries are welcome.
All entries must be related to programs/events/campaigns that started after June 1, 2015.
Entrants may submit as many campaigns as they wish into the 2016 Experience Design and Technology Awards. Campaigns may be entered in multiple categories, as long as it is within category guidelines.
A Gold, Silver and Bronze award will be handed out in each category. A panel of brand-side (client) judges will score each entry.
Regular Deadline: September 22
Entries received before midnight ET on September 22 are $275 each.
Late Deadline: October 6
Entries received after September 22 will incur a $60 late fee per entry, in addition to the regular deadline fees.
Finalists will be announced in mid-October. Winners will be featured in the Nov/Dec issue of Event Marketer, profiled on eventmarketer.com and included in Experience Design and Technology Awards coverage running across other content channels and social platforms. All told, the Experience Design and Technology Awards coverage will reach more than 1.2 million marketers.
