The Devops Laboratory, one year later.

A session at LAST Conference 2016

Friday 1st July, 2016

3:30pm to 4:00pm (EST)

This is a extended version of the talk I gave at Devopsdays in 2015 that ignited a lot of debate on the ways of implementing Devops. The talk will go over 3+1 years of experiments in a medium/large sized online organization with a high pride of its devops culture and a massive push for autonomy in the business areas and teams that have provided lots of interesting results.
