MMWCON Hackathon – Part 1: Introduction to Open Data Sources

The MMWCON Hackathon – Part 1 - will go over an introduction to open data sources, where to find data and how to acquire it. It will also go over the the “Big Data” NoSql databases available to work with that data, providing guidance on when you would use the different types of dbs, such as Key Value Stores (BerkeleyDB, Redis), Column Oriented (Cassandra, BigTable, Hbase), Document Databases (MongoDB, CouchDB) and Graph Databases (Neo4j and SAP HANA) .
