A session at Music City Code 2016

Thursday 18th August, 2016

1:00pm to 5:00pm (CST)

Learning how to delivery products more quickly and maintainably is pretty important but it’s all for naught if you’re building the wrong thing.

This workshop covers a few light-weight practices for product validation and planning. Attendees will work through a shared product example to practice techniques such as validation planning and experiment design, as well as identifying design targets and finally building a shared understanding and release plan using story maps.

Participants will leave understanding key concepts for pragmatic product planning as well as the ability to facilitate these activities with their colleagues on the job.
