“First-Class Commands:” An unexpectedly fertile design pattern

Treating behaviour as a first-class entity is a staple of functional programming, and as the “Command Pattern,” it is a staple of OOP as well. In this talk we will look at the pattern and see how its principles can be applied to solving a broad set of application design problems.
