The workshop with David will cover six keys of product success into details: the strategy, the process, information, customers, employees, systems and the tools. The workshop is very relevant for Product Managers, both in start-ups, but also in multinationals, and anyone else who are interested in the topic. It improves your decision making and organizational abilities, and it will give you the main competencies for success, as well as teach you the key building blocks for creating products that delight and that will succeed!

The “Setting up the Product Organization” workshop is based on concepts developed for “Foundations in the Successful Management of Products” and goes into detail on these topics.
