There are four pillars of a successful end user adoption campaign – Envisioning, Onboarding, Driving Value and Management.
This two-part session showcases a tried and true end user adoption checklist and a detailed introduction to creating a SharePoint End User Adoption Campaign with proven strategies for success. Speaker Heather Newman has been giving some pep to SharePoint environments and running end user adoption campaigns for over 18 years inside of Microsoft, its partners and Enterprise customers. She will share stories, examples and best practices so you can put some spark back into your SharePoint environment or light up a new installation.
Part One will give you a deep dive into the first two pillars of building an end user adoption campaign: Envisioning and Onboarding
In this session Heather will go through defining your vision, identifying your executive sponsor, defining use cases, gathering champions, and the building of a communications plan.
Part Two will give you a deep dive into the last two pillars of building an end user adoption campaign: Driving Value and Management
In this session Heather will dive into end user training, a support plan, a look through experts, gamification, and measurement
