Creating an Approval Workflow & Interface

A session at SPTechCon - San Francisco - 2016

Tuesday 6th December, 2016

2:15pm to 3:30pm (PST)

Approvals are the most common type of processes that companies use in SharePoint. Getting around in a SharePoint site and understanding how to interact with and trigger workflows can be tricky when it comes to end-user interaction with the system. In this session, learn about some of the simple ways that approvals can be used in SharePoint, as well as how to create an easy user interface, to make the process as painless as possible for the business users. This no-code solution is built using SharePoint Designer workflows, and out-of-box web parts, and is forms-product agnostic.
