Break Out Session 1: HEAR today, employed tomorrow – Kent’s journey so far

This session is designed to provide delegates with a working example of how the University of Kent successfully implemented the HEAR and issued the document to all graduating undergraduates for the first time in July 2014. The session will focus on how Kent managed the project by incorporating it into existing roles, how Kent used existing technical solutions and how they overcame the common challenges of programme requirements (section 4.2) and section 6.1. The session will close following a brief opportunity for attendees to ask questions and reflect on the technicalities of HEAR implementation together.
