Tuesday 5th April, 2016
11:00am to 12:00pm
Institution: University of Kent
Drawing on the experience of the University of Kent, this session will look at how the University has shaped its Tier 4 compliance regime in response to the ever changing immigration landscape and associated risks. Originally operating a devolved approach to Tier 4 compliance, many Tier 4 compliance duties were carried out by various teams within the institution including Student Records. The University has adjusted its compliance structure and changed its approach to managing compliance whilst continuing to work in collaboration with colleagues across the University in order to manage compliance in a balanced way.
