Break Out Session 2: The HEDIIP Data Language project

A session at SROC 2016

Tuesday 5th April, 2016

12:15pm to 1:15pm (GMT)

Institution: HEDIIP - Senior Supplier

Since November 2015, HEDIIP has been working to develop a new data language. The Data Language project will define a common HE student dataset with a supporting set of agreed data definitions. The new dataset and definitions will be used by HESA as part of the implementation of Data Futures, but they will also be designed to be used more widely by other organisations collecting or transferring data about Higher Education students and their courses. This session will present the new data model and discuss how it will be implemented. Feedback from delegates will be welcomed.

Target Audience:
Planners, HESA returners.
