Tuesday 5th April, 2016
12:15pm to 1:15pm
Institution: Loughborough University
This session will build on the plenary on Implementing Process Improvement led by Richard Taylor. This hands-on workshop will give you an opportunity to try some of the process review techniques outlined which have been used to inform process review at Loughborough university. These will include identifying failure demand, duplication and waste in systems which can lead to long end-to end process times and poor customer experiences. Members of the Loughborough University Change Team will be on hand to share their experiences and answer your questions.
This will be of interest to those who want to get under all the rocks in their processes and separate assumptions from reality; and fans of the Genesis back catalogue.
Change processes, behaviour.
