Our universities across the globe have changed and evolved. The picture that once was is no longer. In many ways, we are responsible for creating our own visions—tapestries, if you will. And, with those creations come new methods of weaving, new fibers, and colors. Our universities now have varying missions, students from all walks of life, unusual academic programs, and we now serve a customer. We are a business. This talk will focus on the changes we have experienced in the past ten years and where we seem to be heading. Real-life stories will be brought as examples—and hopefully, provide some humor along the way.
